1. Introduction

Welcome to Tap Tap Startup, a mobile idle-clicker game developed and published by Nexio Craft Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By installing or playing Tap Tap Startup, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Advertising identifier — Your device's advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android) is used to serve relevant ads via Google AdMob. You can reset or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
Device information — Device model, operating system version, and language are collected by our ad and analytics providers to deliver ads and diagnose crashes.
Anonymous user identifier — When cloud save is enabled, Firebase assigns your device a random anonymous ID. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
Game progress data — Your in-game state (money, employees hired, office tier, purchased upgrades) is saved locally on your device and optionally synced to Firebase under your anonymous ID.
Push notification token — If you allow notifications, OneSignal stores a push token on your device to deliver reminders about your startup.
In-app purchase history — Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed; no payment or card details are shared with us.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Information

To display ads and generate revenue that keeps the game free to play
To save and restore your game progress across devices via cloud save
To send optional push notifications reminding you to collect offline earnings
To analyse aggregate gameplay patterns and improve game balance
To process and fulfil in-app purchases you initiate

4. Third-Party Services

Tap Tap Startup integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

Google AdMob

Serves rewarded and interstitial ads. May collect advertising ID and device info to personalise ads.

Provides anonymous cloud save. Your game state is stored under a randomly generated anonymous ID with no link to your identity.

5. Data Retention

Local save data is stored on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the in-game reset option.

Cloud save data is retained on Firebase servers until you request deletion. To request deletion of your cloud data, contact us at nexiocraftlabs@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

6. Children's Privacy

Tap Tap Startup is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove that information.

7. Your Choices

Personalised ads: Open your device Settings → Privacy → Ads and choose "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" to receive non-personalised ads instead.
Push notifications: Disable notifications for Tap Tap Startup in your device Settings → Apps → Tap Tap Startup → Notifications, or toggle them off inside the in-game Settings screen.
Cloud save: Cloud sync is only active if a Firebase connection is available. Local-only play is supported without any cloud data transfer.

8. Security

We rely on industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase and Google Play to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
